Cast Handbook: Company and Apprentice Requirements for Program

Pictures:

Only Company and Apprentice dancers (as designated on the casting notification email) must be True Dance and Co (5445 Red Rock Lane) following the Cast Meeting on October 2, 2022 to have their pictures taken by Jennifer Schultz Photography for the Nutcracker program and their Nutcracker buttons.  
    3:00 pm Company individual photos and group photo
    3:30 pm Apprentice group photo and individual photo for Nutcracker buttons

Attire:

For Company individual pictures, female dancers must wear any-style black leotard. Dancers will wear their hair in a bun, style of your choice.  For Company and Apprentice group pictures, all dancers are to wear any-style black leotard, pink tights and pointe shoes.  Bring a white practice tutu, if you have one. Please do not wear jewelry and have your nails presentable. Male dancers should wear white or black t-shirts, black tights, white socks and white ballet shoes.

Proof selection: The Artistic Director will select the Company dancers’ pictures to be used in the Nutcracker program.  Pictures will be posted online at a later date for purchase.

Biographies:

By October 2, 2022, submit your biography for the Nutcracker program online at lincolnmidwestballet.org using the format from previous Nutcracker programs. Include the name of your academic school and your grade. Bios will be edited for length and consistency.

Rehearsal and Costume Fitting Schedule

Any changes in the schedule will be posted online by noon each Tuesday for the up-coming weekend.  Therefore, it is imperative that you check the LMBC website for the most current information.
