2026 Summer Ballet Workshop
REGISTRATION FOR OUR 2026 SUMMER BALLET WORKSHOP.
The Lincoln Midwest Ballet Company invites you to this summer’s 3-day Summer Ballet Workshop and Audition Preparation on August 5-7 at 5445 Red Rock Lane, Lincoln. This 3-day workshop is open to any dancer age 8 and up. This workshop will feature ballet classes, pointe technique for dancers 10 and up, as well as the opportunity to participate in a mock audition. Students will receive feedback on necessary skills and etiquette to have a successful audition no matter where they may perform. Cost for the 3-day workshop is $150 for dancers age 8 - 9 and $225 for dancers age 10 and up. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Please note: In order to maintain the focus of our program as a youth ballet initiative, we have decided to only extend the camp enrollment to those currently enrolled in a high school dance program or younger.

Friday will begin with ballet and pointe classes and then transition to a mock-audition. Students will be given feedback on necessary skills and etiquette to have a successful audition. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your class on Friday and Saturday and 30 minutes prior to class on Sunday to prepare for class.
Workshop Attire
Females
Please wear a black leotard, pink tights, and hair held back securely in a bun.
Wear soft ballet shoes. If you dance on pointe, please bring your pointe shoes, however, dancers may be asked to remove shoes based on instructor observation.
Dancers registered for pointe classes not yet on pointe will participate in soft ballet shoes.
Males
Please wear a black tights or pants, and a white shirt.
Wear soft ballet shoes.
